- Booking and Payment
- By booking with Atlas Gaze Rwanda, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
- A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation
- The remaining balance must be paid in full before the start of the tour
- We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card or other agreed-upon methods
- All payments are processed in Rwandan Francs unless otherwise specified and agreed on
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing and will be subject to cancellation fees as follows:
- More than 30 days prior to the start of the tour: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or fees incurred.
- 15-30 days prior to the start of the tour: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
- Less than 15 days prior to the start of the tour: No refund will be provided.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.
Changes to Itinerary
- Atlas Gaze Rwanda reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, transportation, or other aspects of the tour as deemed necessary due to factors such as weather, unforeseen circumstances or changes in availability.
- In the event of a significant itinerary change, every effort will be made to notify travellers as soon as possible.
- Alternative arrangements or compensation may be offered at the discretion of Atlas Gaze Rwanda.
Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential risks such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies or lost luggage.
- It is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure they have adequate insurance coverage for the duration of their trip with Atlas Gaze Rwanda.
Responsibilities and Liabilities
- While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, travel inherently involves some level of risk. By participating in our tours, travelers acknowledge and accept these risks.
- Atlas Gaze Rwanda and its affiliates will not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay or inconvenience caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, accidents or third-party negligence.
Travel Documents and Health Requirements
- It is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure they have the necessary passports, visas, vaccinations and other documents required for travel to Rwanda.
- Atlas Gaze Rwanda will provide guidance and assistance regarding travel documents and health requirements, but ultimately, it is the traveller’s responsibility to comply with all entry and health regulations.
Force Majeure
- In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of Atlas Gaze Rwanda, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or acts of terrorism, we reserve the right to modify or cancel tours as necessary.
- In such cases, Atlas Gaze Rwanda will not be held liable for any damages, losses or additional expenses incurred by travelers as a result of these circumstances.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the provision of our services will be resolved through negotiation, mediation or arbitration, as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Rwanda.
- Any disputes or legal proceedings arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda.
Acceptance of Terms
- By booking with Atlas Gaze Rwanda, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
